Careers

Benefits

Attractive pay and bonus

We offer competitive salaries for the industry. These vary depending on the job, your experience and level of seniority.

Some jobs have shift patterns with separate allowances.

All permanent team members also qualify for a yearly or quarterly bonus scheme. Bonuses are based on company, team, and personal performance, depending on the individual job.

Right tools for the job

If you work on-site, such as technician, engineering, development, or project manager jobs, you can access extra benefits.

These include a company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone, uniform, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Company pension

The Infinis pension scheme provides a minimum 6% company contribution. All team members qualify to join the scheme - unless you decide to opt out.

You can access pension information by email or through a helpful app. There are free tools to help you plan for your retirement. That means you can check how a change in contributions or retirement age would affect your pension pot.

Scheme members qualify for life assurance of 3x their annual salary. You can also nominate loved ones to receive the value of your pension pot as a lump sum if anything happens before retirement.

Holiday entitlement

Most team members have 25 days’ annual leave, plus bank and public holidays.

If you work part-time, reduced hours or on a different core work pattern, your holiday entitlement reflects this. Your Infinis employment contract will state the individual allowance.

After five years with the company, you will qualify for an extra day of holiday each year. After 10 years with the company, we add a further day to your allowance.

Car allowance

We pay a generous car allowance if your Infinis job requires you to drive and claim business mileage expenses.

Vehicle parking and charging

As an Infinis team member, you can use free, on-site parking at our Northampton headquarters and all operational sites across the UK.

We also have electric vehicle charging points at some sites. These facilities are available for company-owned electric vans or team members’ electric vehicles.

Employee assistance programme

All team members and their families can get free, confidential help and information at home or work with this benefit.

The employee assistance programme provides support 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It covers topics such as legal guidance, debt counselling, tax information and more.

There is a nifty app that offers virtual appointments with GPs, mental health counsellors and physiotherapists. You can also access breathing and meditation exercises, complete daily wellbeing challenges and track your progress.

Green benefits

We offer a range of environmental benefits to team members, to help support the company’s mission of a sustainable future. These include:

  • Domestic solar and battery scheme – which provides funding towards solar panels (or combined solar and battery storage schemes) installed in your home
  • Electric Vehicle (EV) support – with both an EV lease car option, and electric vehicle replacements in our commercial fleet
  • EV charger points – with funding towards the cost of a Smart EV charging point at your home address.

Cycle to work scheme

If you want to cycle to work at Infinis, you can save 25% or more on a brand new bike and/or accessories. This includes bikes, e-bikes, cycle helmets, mudguards, lights, locks and more.

Work out what best suits your needs, then we can help you to apply online or in-store. You will then pay the discounted price through regular salary deductions.

Flexible working

If you want to improve your work-life balance, ask us about flexible working options. We support flexible working across most parts of the business. Some jobs are suited to hybrid working.

It can be hard balancing a career and family life. If you have family responsibilities, we offer help with:

  • Maternity leave – up to 52 weeks. with a lump sum return payment
  • Enhanced paternity pay
  • Shared parental leave
  • New parents – 26 weeks of ordinary adoption leave and 26 weeks of additional adoption leave
  • New fathers – time off to attend antenatal/adoption appointments.

Training and development

We take your training and development very seriously. This includes both job-based training and supporting further education to build skills and knowledge across the business.

Sponsorship options include:

  • Funding training and qualifications
  • Support for short courses, books and study materials
  • Time off for study/exams
  • Paying for one professional subscription, where relevant to your job.

We also run in-house Talent Accelerator training. This prepares high-potential team members for future internal promotion as our business grows.

Volunteering

If you’re keen to support good causes, sign up for a regional volunteering day. These events bring Infinis team members together, to support good causes. Recent examples include:

  • Helping a charity prepare food for homeless people
  • Building raised beds and a children’s play area for a learning disability charity
  • Helping an Emmaus village to furnish a home for a Ukrainian family
  • Building and repairing animal shelters for a community farm
  • Redecorating a local community hall
  • Improving an outdoor space for a charity that supports people with dementia.

Eye care vouchers

If your Infinis job involves working for extended periods in front of monitors, computer screens and other visual display units (VDUs), you qualify for an eye care voucher. This means it is quick and easy to arrange eye tests and buy prescription glasses.
