Mind confirmed as Infinis' Charity of the Year for 2023-24

Mental health charity Mind is Infinis’ new Charity of the Year partner for 2023-24.

Each year, all Infinis team members are invited to nominate a registered charity that is close to their heart. This can be a good cause that they or their loved ones are involved in, or something they feel strongly about.

The company’s Charity Committee draws up a shortlist from all nominations received, then a final employee vote decides the confirmed partner for the year ahead. Mind polled the most votes this year and has been selected as Infinis’ Charity of the Year for 2023-24.

John Okninski, HR Director at Infinis, said: “Mind are changing minds across England and Wales, by making mental health an everyday priority and providing support by offering help, information, advice and local services. We look forward to lending our support over the next 12 months.”

Through the partnership, Mind will receive a cash boost each time Infinis employees report a safety observation. For every observation raised, £25 goes into a charity pot. The money is split equally between the Charity of the Year, and other nominated good causes.

Fundraising activities are also planned throughout the year, to raise money for the cause. In previous years, Infinis has raised tens of thousands of pounds for charity.
