Bruce Heppenstall

Chief Executive Officer

Bruce joins as CEO in 2025 after spending the last five years as Plant Director at Drax. Previously, Bruce was CEO of BEL Valves and held multiple senior management roles within GE Power and GE Energy.

Keith Reid

Chief Financial Officer

Keith joined as CFO in 2019. He is a KPMG-qualified chartered accountant. Previously, Keith held Group CFO roles in UK and international private equity backed firms.

James Milne

Chief Commercial Officer

James joined as head of legal in 2011. He was then company secretary before taking up his current directorship. Before Infinis, James was a partner at an international law firm.

Robert Tomlins

Director of Operations

Robert joined Infinis as a regional manager in 2009, after Novera Energy was acquired. He headed landfill gas operations before taking up his current post in 2019.

Andrew Leeding

Director of Development and Construction

Andy joined Infinis in 2007 from the Waste Recycling Group. He previously headed health and safety, environmental compliance and operations.

Su Ruthven

Director of Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental Compliance and Sustainability

Su joined Infinis as a landfill gas specialist in 2003. She then worked in health & safety and compliance leadership before joining our management team in 2022.

John Okninski

Director of HR

John joined Infinis in 2007 and was Head of HR before taking up his current role. He previously worked for a number of large UK groups, including Autoglass and Lloyds TSB.
