As a C&I apprentice, you help to design, install and maintain control and monitoring systems for renewable energy sources. This includes safety systems, gas analysers and site control technology.
You will learn how to:
- Maintain electrical/electronic components
- Track data
- Control systems remotely
- Use Programmable Logic Controller systems to improve business automation.

Preferred experience

Ideally, you will have studied a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) subject.
You must love the outdoors, as you'll work on sites in all weather conditions.
You'll have a full UK driving licence and enjoy driving, as there is daily travel between regional sites.
You must be organised, enjoy solving problems and have an interest in technology and the environment.
