Infinis employee survey results unveiled

Infinis takes employee engagement and feedback very seriously. Individuals often contribute ideas that help the company improve and influence its future. Everyone has a vital role to play; people’s experiences help to maintain a supportive working environment, maximise efficiency and help the business grow even stronger.
Every two years, Infinis runs a company-wide employee survey, to gauge team members’ perceptions of their job and the business.
The latest results show that:
- 99% of respondents are keen to see the company succeed
- 95% enjoy working with members of their team
- 82% of respondents feel proud to work for Infinis.
Team members were asked to describe the best thing about working at Infinis. The top five answers given were:
- Colleagues
- The job
- Management
- Flexibility
- Trust.
All team members were encouraged to take part, and 76% completed the survey.
John Okninski, HR director, explained that team surveys are very important to Infinis. He said: “I am grateful to everyone who took the time to complete this year’s survey. The findings, and all suggestions put forward, will help to influence the future of our business.”
Employee engagement agency DNA managed the research, to ensure anonymity. Agency managing partner John Tarrant commented: “At DNA we run engagement surveys for a broad range of organisations. Looking at the 2023 Infinis results and comparing them to other organisations of a similar size, geographic spread and mix of roles, there are some particularly encouraging aspects.
“The 76% completion rate is excellent. That tells us that people really care and want to have a voice. This was reinforced with the thought and eloquence Infinis staff put into their free text responses – people took time to articulate how they felt and offer constructive solutions to issues. This speaks volumes, is very encouraging and not something we see in many similar organisations."
