Infinis Energy Services Limited has received the prestigious RoSPA Order of Distinction in 2023, which highlights the company’s commitment to health and safety excellence. This latest achievement signifies that Infinis has won 15 consecutive RoSPA Gold awards.
Landfill solar park completed at Winterton
Infinis, the UK’s leading generator of low carbon power from captured methane, and one of the UK’s largest recycling and waste management companies, FCC Environment’s new solar park in Winterton has reached project completion.
Solar park PPA with Arla and ENGIE - signing announced
Arla, the UK’s largest dairy cooperative, in partnership with ENGIE and Infinis, has announced the signing of two new solar parks under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), which will supply around 20% of the energy needed to power Arla’s entire UK operation* from renewable sources.
Fleet electrification boosts sustainability objectives
Work is ongoing to electrify the Infinis vehicle fleet, following the success of a pilot project in 2022. By switching from diesel to electric vans, the company forecasts an 82 per cent reduction per vehicle in CO2e emissions.
Mind confirmed as Infinis' Charity of the Year for 2023-24
Mental health charity Mind is Infinis' new Charity of the Year partner for 2023-24. Through this partnership, Mind will receive a cash boost each time Infinis employees report a safety observation. The company also plans fundraising activities across the year.
